Looks great. Did you use any sort of CMS for it like Joomla or Drupal? Or did you create the whole thing from scratch?

Looks great, Brian! I like the island mouseovers on the homepage. The use of whitespace is excellent. Overall, it’s very easy to use and effective.

My recommendations would be:

1. Enlarge the logo to increase brand awareness.

2. Change the color on the buttons, they look like they have a purple tint to me while the rest of the site is blue.

3. I did get confused when clicking on a property, seeing the listing, exiting out of the registration popup and then being redirected back to the search. I would clarify that process more and explain to the visitor with large text what’s going on, ie, “Registration is Required”.
