I’m LMAO because I fail more than half of the items on your list. I’m a freelance designer though… and I make money.

I’m actually printing this list and pegging it to the wall next to my computer. Maybe I can improve. ^_^

i think you are wrong about some of them, and also you are repeating some of them… which makes me think you actually struggled alot to get to 50. Therefore i shall forgive those that are not really ok…

i don`t understand the part where it is wrong to wak up at 12 am while working with clients that are 7 hours away from your time zone. Neither what my t-shirt & wacky hair has to do with freelancing for people i will never meet.

also, managing own finances has nothing to do with succesful freelancing, but other then that, i thing is a nice list for a graphic freelance designer.

Thanks for your comment Joel, but it’s pretty “nit picky”. Visitors to this site generally understand that it is “design” oriented, so I don’t see a need to put the word “designer” in the title of every post on here. There are also many points in there that pertain to freelancers in general so the list isn’t even specific to just designers anyways.

The word “freelancer” refers to a sole trader in a service industry, not specific to any field of work, while some points on this list are clearly specific to freelance designers.
